Kookoo Haus sells fried chicken and is under the same company as the popular Pinoy Pao. I am selling the foodcart and my franchise rights because the government office canteen where the cart is located now prohibits LPG inside the canteen. Other franchisees are doing well because they can easily set up infront of their houses, however, in my case i can't do this because i live in a condominium. I have no time to look for other locations because we are also establishing a laundry shop.

The franchise office is in Greenhills and ordering stocks is easy.The new owner will succeed all the rights i used to have in my contracts. There is NO ROYALTY FEE. The owner and the foodcart crew can attend the FREE seminar every saturday as often as they want to.

A new franchise package costs 18,000 but I'm selling mine for only 10,000. The Kookoo Haus was used only for 2 days in Christmas of 2006 at the tiangge.

I am also selling a SIOPAO STEAMER at 2,500 ( I bought this as extra steamer for the other cart i used to own, Pinoy Pao. This steamer was only used for 2 days together with the kookoo haus cart.)
